EVERY PIECE IS CUSTOM

Each piece is crafted by hand and made-to-order one at a time with the specific finish and lens option chosen by the client. Therefore, returns are only reviewed for approval on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING

We usually ship orders between 2-5 weeks on all standard orders.  Contact us for a quote on custom shipping times.  We ship UPS Ground or, for large orders and some of our oversized pieces, Common Carrier. Please note in the item description the pieces that must be sent via Common Carrier due to their size. There is an upcharge for freight companies to deliver to residential destinations.

We offer drop-shipping services to our customers for a fee. Steel Partners cannot take responsibility for packages left at destination unsigned.

FIXTURE INSTALLATION

In compliance with Underwriters Laboratories, all fixtures designed for permanent placement (direct wired or hardwired) MUST be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved. The support structure must be evaluated to ensure it will withstand the weight of the fixture (such as chandeliers). Steel Partners is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur as a result of insufficient structural support.

Orders are accepted in writing, via the internet, or by fax at (360) 748-7984. Please submit resale certificate with first time order.

TERMS

All orders must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) unless other arrangements have been made with Steel Partners.

WARRANTY

We offer a 30-day warranty against product defect. Please call us if you have any problems to see how we can help you. We have been in business since 1991, and that’s because we take care of our customers.

DAMAGES

We examine all items carefully before shipping to make sure you are getting quality. We have a fool-proof process of packing and weighing all products being shipped to eliminate damage or miscounts. We use a "foam in place" system

and double-strength boxes to ensure items will be delivered undamaged. It is the receiver's responsibility to inspect packages for product damage or missing product or parts, and to report any damage or missing product to both the carrier and us within 24 hours. DO NOT SIGN a "clear bill of lading" if damage or missing boxes are apparent. Please refuse UPS-delivered items if damage is apparent through ripped or damaged box.
